We charge £4.95 for UK Postage & Packaging for small parcels. We always use a certified Courier or the Royal Mail who we trust to delivery your product[s] safely and securely.

Once posted and in transit to you, we can not unfortunately take full responsibility for your purchased good. It is the couriers responsibility to deliver your order safely and on time. We try are upmost to resolve any issues straight away.
Wait and See is a small business. As such, we ask that you make thoughtful purchases to avoid the need to return anything.

If you are not happy with your purchase please let us know within 7 days. Unfortunately we are not able to reimburse shipping costs unless the product is faulty. Please also ask for proof of postage for your records. We will process any refund due to you within 30 days of receiving your request.
